Henderson Race Shop products are intended for racing, competition, off-road, and/or custom vehicle applications. Motorsports and vehicle modification are inherently dangerous activities that may result in property damage, serious injury, or death.
By purchasing, installing, or using any product sold, manufactured, modified, or fabricated by Henderson Race Shop, the purchaser and/or user acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the installation and use of the product.
Assumption of Risk
The purchaser and/or user is solely responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for the intended vehicle, application, and use. Proper installation, inspection, maintenance, and operation are the responsibility of the purchaser and/or user.
Henderson Race Shop strongly recommends that all products be installed and inspected by a qualified professional familiar with racing and high-performance vehicle components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Henderson Race Shop shall not be liable for any injury, death, property damage, vehicle damage, loss of use, loss of income, racing losses, incidental damages, consequential damages, or other losses arising from or related to the installation, modification, misuse, failure, or use of any product sold, manufactured, modified, or fabricated by Henderson Race Shop.
The purchaser and/or user accepts full responsibility for the installation and use of all Henderson Race Shop products.
No Warranty
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Henderson Race Shop, all products are sold “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Henderson Race Shop disclaims all warranties, including, to the extent permitted by law, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
No warranty is provided against failure, damage, wear, breakage, deformation, or other damage resulting from racing, competition, accidents, improper installation, improper use, abuse, modification, or use outside the product's intended application.
Racing & Sanctioning-Body Compliance
Rules and regulations for racing organizations, tracks, and sanctioning bodies may change and may vary by class, vehicle, and event. The purchaser and/or user is responsible for verifying that any product, installation, or vehicle modification complies with all applicable rules and regulations before use.
Purchase and/or use of Henderson Race Shop products constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Disclaimer, Assumption of Risk, Limitation of Liability, and No Warranty Policy.
