HRS HD Wheelie Bar Tool

Wheelie Bar Measurement Builder

Measure your car at race-ready ride height on level ground. Enter inches in decimal form (½″ = 0.5). The drawing updates as you measure.

1 · Tire and wheel position
2 · Mounting-hole measurements

Measure to the center of each mounting hole with the car at its intended ride height. Rearward distances are measured horizontally behind the axle centerline.

Live side profile

Blue = upper member · dark = lower assembly · orange = required 4″ overhead space. Side projection only.

Live top view · lower bar mounting width

W · Lower bar width at mounts—
Width is measured left-to-right between lower mounting-hole centers. Dark = lower arms · blue = upper member. Bends and rear connections are illustrative; this view does not specify bend locations or tube cut lengths.

Measurement results

Mount-to-wheel lengths run from each axle-bracket mounting-hole center to the wheelie-bar wheel axle center in side profile. They calculate directly from your measurements. Rear-connection spans use the shop geometry settings. These are not tube cut lengths or complete weldment envelopes. HRS must account for rod ends, bends, slider geometry, mounting width and adjustment range before fabrication.
