Rotational Layout Fabrication Tool For Marking Tubing

Take the guesswork out of laying out tube rotations with the HRS Rotational Layout Fabrication Tool. Originally developed for building custom headers, this tool is equally useful for roll cages, chassis fabrication, exhaust systems, and any project that requires accurately marking rotational angles on round tubing.

Simply snap the tool over the tubing, align it with your 0° reference mark, rotate to the desired angle, and mark the tube using a fine-tip Sharpie® or paint marker. The flat bottom allows the tool to sit flush on your workbench, helping stabilize the tube while you make your layout marks.

Degree Markings

• Raised index marks every 45° for quick reference
• 5° increments on tubing sizes 1.50" and larger
• 9° increments on tubing sizes 1.25" and smaller to maximize readability

Note

The 45° reference marks are not color-filled as shown in some product photos. If desired, they can be easily highlighted with a silver Sharpie® or paint marker for improved visibility.
