Check out our HRS "Easy install" 25.5 cage!  Designed to get you 7.50 rated without the unnecessary bars or work of cutting the floor or welding a bunch of structure below it.  This style of cage puts almost all the floor structure above the floor so you can install it in your garage like a 8.50 cage.  This kit fits a 1982-1992 Camaro and Firebird with factory T-Tops.  It has the A-Pillar bars routed thru the dash and will certify 25.5 (7.50 seconds at 3600 lbs max). T-Tops still fully functional.  Must have OEM Door hinge pillars, firewall, floors and rockers other wise bars will have to be added to this kit.

This cage now installs 100% above the floor!  We updated the design to move the inner frame rails completely above the floor to make it even easier for you to build.  Reference all the 3D CAD photos vs the install shots.

HRS 3rd Gen T Top Cage Kit

It is designed to have a tight fit to the roof, A-pillars and doors.  It will be built almost entirely in the car but may be dropped down slightly to help weld it if you put access holes under the floor plates.

Selecting A Roll Cage

Our Cages are CAD designed from cars we 3D scan to give you a great fit! Only available in 4130 chromoly and should be tig welded.

Configurations Available

  • Door Bars
    • Bent Bars to fit the factory door panel
    • Straight Bars to maximize room for a flat door panel
  • Rear Bars
    • Straight through the rear seat area
    • Bent to clear the rear seat 

Standard Options

  • Tubes are cnc notched and bent!
  • We etch the saddle marks into the tubes to show where they land, no measuring! This saves you valuable time fitting the assembly together.
  • We also etch a mark in the middle of the main hoop to quickly center it to your chassis.
  • Each tube has a specific part number etched in it so you can quickly locate it in you instructions.
  • Main hoop, roof bar and optional roof diagonal come “rolled” for a natural fit to the roof line.
  • 1-piece A-Pillar bars make is easier to assemble and saves on welding.
  • Comes with Floor Plates.

  • Corner Brace
    • Ties cage to rear bar by tubs

  • Get your kit “Fully Prepped”
    • Tubes are fully polished are ready to weld. This also makes them ready for paint.
    • Saddles are hand barrel sanded.
    • Inside of tube is sanded near the weld zone.
    • Outside of tube is deburred.
  • Custom floor plates available to make installation easy.
